New Career Path

I would love to find a new career path. I currently have a bachelors degree, and am looking to get an MBA or another advanced degree, but I am not sure what field to choose. My original plan for when I graduated from undergrad was to go to law school and become a lawyer, however I recently decided maybe that wasn’t the best road for me to take. Between going to a classroom everyday and the length of the course, I decided on another career path. I found a school that offers a forensic psychology degree online, which would be perfect for me. It can put me in the legal field in a good paying job, without the stress of going to class full time and give me the flexibility of not spending the next 4 years in law school.

Simple domain names

I am enamored with the single word domain names, and who purchases them, when they were purchased and how much some of those domains would sell for. I wish I was old enough during the time of the internet boom in order to take advantage of some of these domain names. Domains like www.cars.com, www.stove.com, www.chefs.com,www.cooking.com,www.books.com, www.cruise.com, etc. These names are extremely marketable and also can be very lucrative. As much as I like to cook and love to talk about food, I would love to start a blog at a domain name like www.chefs.com. I would love to share tips on new cooking trends, new cooking inventions, and new places to try and dine out.

When I am looking for different domains now I use various sites like www.digitalpoint.com or wwww.sitepoint.com, in hopes to find some other domain names that you can use for your business process. It is to the point now that if you’re looking to start your own business you should first check if the domain name you want is available for the company name. It is annoying if you can’t get a domain name that is either the same as your company name or at least related to your product.

Lawsuit Advance

Lately I have been thinking about my late uncle. About 10 or so years ago, my uncle was living with us and basically raising us. He use to take us to school, basketball practice, and then with the help of our mother use to pretty much run the house hold. Before he passed he was in a horrific car accident where he was blind sided, and really didn’t have the money to pay for our house, the car, groceries, and his other day to day activities. Shortly there after he won the lawsuit against the other driver and he was awarded a pretty nice payout as the settlement.

Unfortunatly, after he went back to work he was still not able to make ends meet. So after about 3/4 months of the structured payments he was receiving he decided to get a Lawsuit Advance, which helped us get over the hump and pay off lingering credit card bills, doctor bills, and other bills that needed to be paid. I can’t wait til’ I am able to repay him for the hardwork and sacrifice that he has shown me and my other brothers and sisters over the past 20+ years.

Game Design Schools

When I was growing up I remember the first computer that my father purchased for me was a Tandy1000. This was an old computer with an aged and outdated operating system. The computer was really good for nothing except word processing and even that was a stretch.

I remember buying multiple programming books to desing and program your games on the computer. I learned how to program basic games like pong and brick breaker. It was fun and at times I wish I had taken the pasion I had back then and used it more and went to one of the game design schools that offer such computer programming classes.

A living trust is defined as:
“A trust created for the trustor and administered by another party during the trustor’s lifetime. The living trust may be formed because the trustor is either incapable of managing or unwilling to manage his or her assets. The trust can be revocable or irrevocable, depending upon the trustor’s wishes. ”

I have heard of these things, but never really took the time to do the research of what goes into a living trust, how they work and the purpose of getting a living trust. In my newly found mood to enlighten myself by finding out about new things I decided to do some more research on living trust and found: Arizona Living Trusts this site has tons of information on the advantages of a living trust and the different uses.

Cell Tower Leases

Who would have thought that cell tower leases is something that everyday people could have. I always thought that cell phone towers was something that the cellphone companies owned, it was interesting to read and to find out that these towers are owned by smaller companies or even individuals.

This is something that has peeked my interest, and something that I will surely do more research on and find out how this works and what it takes to begin to purchase something like this.

LOL…..Recently I went to visit my parents who are both in their upper 50’s. I wasn’t feeling to good, so I started going through our family medicine cabinet where we historically kept all our medicines, and to my shocking surprise, what is the first box I pull out.
